People create blogs with different things in mind – expressing themselves, finding supporters, making money, etc. The goal of my blog is to help me find what I really like and what comes to me naturally. I know I am drawn to fashion naturally but what I most enjoy with fashion is to be found. My blog has recently helped me re-descover my love for color – in clothes, home, beauty. I hope I don’t bore you with all this color in my daily style but it is part of my identity now.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.
Cover them over with beautiful flowers,
Deck them with garlands, those brothers of ours,
Lying so silent by night and by day
Sleeping the years of their manhood away.
Give them the meed they have won in the past;
Give them the honors their future forcast;
Give them the chaplets they won in the strife;
Give them the laurels they lost with their life.
Finally. Pictures from my friend Nadia’s wedding are here and I cannot wait a minute longer to share them with you. There is even the added benefit of no photo editing because the photos are already amazing. As you know, I have been more involved with the wedding over the last couple of months but it all has been worth it because 1) Nadia deserves the best and 2) I had the best of time doing it. I have to say it has been one of a lifetime experience for me – both friend-wise and in a cultural sense.
This post is all about Nadia, the best day of her life, and her breathtaking beauty. Wishing her and Alberto life filled with love, happiness and abundance!
Who knew that leopard print can be a staple and mixed in so many ways? Although it may not be featured in the latest trend reports, leopard print will be a part of my wardrobe for a while and I will be having fun with this Express top for as long as I can. Now looking at it, the latest look is my favorite. The ruffles give the top certain playfulness but the magenta jeans make it stand out even more. What are some of your favorite ways to pair leopard print?
