Clothes Hoarder

Hello everyone,

I hope you all are having a wonderful week. This outfit confirms my suspicion that I am a clothes “hoarder”. I have held on to this shirt for about 6-7 years and it would not be that bad had I worn it in the last 3 years. Now that I have paired it with this skirt, I will probably keep it for another 7 years. I know, with this statement I have ruined all my chances to be considered “hip” and “trendy”.

I was really excited to score this skirt at the “Ann Taylor” store for a whopping $15. The thicker fabric threw me off at first, but I realized it is cotton and it is part of the summer collection. So please don’t judge me if it looks like I am wearing wool in the summer. I can’t wait for it to be a little cooler so I can pair this outfit with a chic blazer as well.
