Lace up tops have been on my radar since last year and I have finally found one that is not too modest or too revealing, not too lose or too tight, not too tick or too sheer. With one word – it is”perfect” for me style-wise and price-wise. The fabric is lightweight and made for spring. I also love the adjustable lace which I can tighten when hanging out with Tory for a more discreet look or I can open up for a spicier look when on a date with hubby. Lace up tops are considered a “required” part of boho looks but I think that the style will also compliment beautifully my safari-inspired looks. My favorite way to style it now is with jeans or jean shorts but I can’t wait to figure out other ways to rock this top. I have completed the look below with both flats and heels because every mom has to have the flats option available 🙂
Luckily, this trend is widely available in the stores from shoes, to tops and dresses and I love how high-end designers are taking the idea to the next level by placing the lace anywhere on the garment. Would this trickle down to the high street stores is something to be seen.
