I am starting with my favorite one of the four sweaters. I have a weakness to anything in the burgundy, merlot, zinfandel color palette. How can you not love such a rich, royal color that looks flattering on most complexions? What distinguishes this sweater are the stunning braided details and cross front accents. If you are not a fan of this color, the sweater also comes in oatmeal, white and black. It is cozy enough to wear in the fall but thin enough to layer it comfortably in the colder winter months. As always, I am wearing size L to accommodate my longer torso but otherwise it fits TTS. I found this sweater when I was looking for something to match my Sam Edelman booties in cognac. I thought the color match was close enough and the statement sleeves and soft feel of the sweater were an added bonus. I feel like the front of the sweater needs an accessory hence the necklace and the scarf. Which is your preferred styling of the two? For reference, I am wearing size L and the sleeves are a little long but I think this look adds to the cozy vibe of the sweater.
Another great piece from the brand Chelsea28. It is a true representation of the brand – good quality, trendy, cute and affordable. I love the length of this sweater – it can be also worn as a tunic with leggings. It comes in Blue, Green ,Grey, and Ivory if you are not obsessed with burgundy like me. As with the previous sweater, I would wear it with a long accessory to add some movement to the outfit.
I was hesitant at first to post this look because I felt body conscious. It seems like it has been few years since I wore form-fitting top and bottoms together, four years of motherhood to be precise. I decided to be brave since I find both of these pieces to be quite flattering on its own. I love the striking neckline although I admit not everyone may be comfortable with it. The sweater is pretty light which makes it a great choice for layering. Love wearing my hair up with it so I can show off the pretty neckline and those earrings, of course.
