I hope you had a wonderful week. Mine was not action packed but was full with dreams and inspiration. Why am I talking about risk in the title of this post? Because I felt I was taking one when I left the house yesterday in the outfit below. Checkered and stripes? In different colors? These are the questions I read in some of my co-workers’ eyes and some even “dared” to voice them. To which I replied, that “fashion greatness was not born in safety”. Needless to say, they were even more puzzled.

Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far. I have been struggling with a couple of issues with my blog and finally had one fixed. When I did the change from Blogger to WordPress, the RSS feed and Bloglovin were not updating. All it took was to contact the Bloglovin support to get that fixed. In addition with WordPress I have been getting a tons of comments spam. I have been able to decrease some of it but if you have any suggestions on how you deal with WordPress spam, please feel free to share. It will be greatly appreciated by myself and my hubby who has been burning the midnight oil on this. I thought WordPress was much better ???No? I hope this is one change that results in improvement, if not perfection

I hope everyone in the US had a wonderful Thanksgiving day. I had a great time with my closest US friends and family. Because of my outfit, I was named the Bree Van de Kamp of the party, if you all watch Desperate Housewives. I haven’t had the chance to watch it so I am hoping it is a compliment in terms of fashion. I hear she can be a little obsessive-compulsive and I hope no one sees my that way
