My love for mustard color fashion is only matched by my dislike for its taste. Just one of the things I never got used to when I moved to the US – I prefer my hot dogs with feta cheese instead:) Who knew that the familiar yellow substance is made of the seeds of a plant? I really need to get off those magazines and broaden my horizons. Even more interesting is that the renowned mustard yellow color is achieved through artificial dyes. Anyways, that does not prevent me from obsessing with my mustard color jeans. The perfect colors to pair them with were already around my neck – fuchsia, teal, indigo, and brown.

I wanted to introduce to you the ladies with Pink City Atlanta. I had the opportunity to meet them at the “Pretty in Pink” Breast Cancer Awareness event organized by Pink City Atlanta Chapter.Yes, there is a lot if “PINK” in this post but what is a better color to represent these fun, brave, beautiful, and philanthropic girls. They host “exciting, cutting-edge, alternative events” for women in Atlanta and I cannot wait to learn more about their most successful event – the “Exclusive For Who I am Bachelorette Expo” as I have a number of gorgeous single girlfriends.

Every morning, I leave the house in anticipation to see my complete outfit in the mirror glass of my office’s building. As I don’t own a full length mirror, I always run the risk of leaving the house with mismatched shoes or socks. Luckily, this outfit was the perfect match and some may consider it too much of a match. The ensemble was inspired by Blair with Atlantic-Pacific and her perfectly-styled plaid-shirt and bright-jackets looks. I love the shirt for its tailored fit and opportunities for layering, and the jackets for its bright color and structured shape. I think they are a lovely match, DON’T YOU?

My hubby blamed my “crush” on burgundy fashion to my weakness for wine so I had to explain to him it is more “complicated” as Facebook puts it. Bordeaux color is like the “perfect date” and here is why.
The Perfect Date (my hubby) = Burgundy Color
1. Exciting but not crazy (date) = Burgundy color is not as boring as brown and it is not as provocative as red, so just perfect (color)
2. Looks great with me:) = Bordeaux color works with most complexions.
3. Loves leather just like me = Oxblood color looks amazing on leather. Check out Elle Macpherson!
4. Makes me forget about other men = It makes me forget about my infatuation with summer and pastels.
5. Gets along with everyone = It pairs great with many colors as if neutral but looks best with nude, forrest/hunter green, marigold, pumpkin, and peach.

With fall almost here, I would have to bid adieu to one of the coolest colors there is: mint. It is hard for me to not wear mint from head to toe and to keep it in small doses. Although considered a cool color, if mint is your favorite color, it means you are modest, insightful and kind-hearted. Wait, you are these things but mint is not your favorite? LOL. I am sorry for being absent – I am getting ready for the “Big Trip”. I will be going on my annual Bulgaria trip and every year I ask myself the same question – what is the fashion like back home? Am I going to fit right in? Although the big cities have the same stores (ZARA, H&M), the rest of the country follows more of a local style. I am proud to say, however, that Bulgarian women are quite stylish 
I will also make sure to visit your blogs as soon as possible – because you know what – I need an inspiration. I miss seeing both the latest trends and classic fashions, as well as the best way to style them. So I promise to say hello really soon.

I though I have expired all my options of styling this ASOS skirt until I saw the July issue of InStyle magazine. Their feature was on animal-print pants but there was no reason why I could not apply it to the more feminine version of that same pattern. Their idea was of styling it with a classic top that would first create a balance for an otherwise frisky print and second would make the outfit appropriate for any occasion. While everyone is living the excitement of fall fashion, I am still making a splash with a summer, nautical inspired look. It has not been a month since I last featured a nautical outfit, but my infatuation with a seafaring style is stronger than ever. It might be because I was born in the summer, or maybe because I wanted to be a pirate as a child, or maybe, just maybe, because of my dream of Johnny Depp in the Pirates of the Caribbean.
Although the basic nautical look is built on horizontal stripes, I think that this vertical “bleeding stripes” top is a great substitute. Red colored accessories would have provided a great pop of color but due to the lack of those, my mustard color purse came to my rescue. However, the most exciting part of this outfit for me are the accessories, and specifically the anchor earrings. How cute are those?

Hello there,
Do you ever buy a piece that you really like but you are not sure that there is more than one way to style it? That is the way I felt about this watermelon maxi skirt but surprisingly I am having fun with it and I am even taking it with me to fall by layering with a checkered shirt and a denim jacket. Who would want to part with something so lightweight, bright, and flattering (a great cover up), right? The only disadvantage is might hide a nice pair of shoes but I am willing to make that sacrifice. It sounds like something that Carrie Bradshaw would say, don’t you think?
